Ledger Manager Overview

WebSmart can maintain multiple ledgers in three different states.

Open ledger: Allows all types of transactions with the ability to maintain budgets, payroll, accounts payable, and banking transactions.
Closed ledger: Ready for audit, allowing only journal entries to be posted.
Finalized ledger: Fully reportable, but no transactions can be posted to it.
