Newly created student records have the Pre-Enrolled status, and the ADA enrollment must be edited.
If you're still in a new student's record, skip to step 4.
Select Students from the Jump to Module pull-down list in the upper right corner.
Select Student Manager from the Students menu, and that window opens.
Locate the student you want to edit, and click the icon.
Click on the Enrollment tab, and that window opens.
Change the default School Year, if needed.
Click Enrollment, and that window opens.
Click Change Status, and the ADA Enrollment Editor opens.
Edit the fields as needed.
Enter the Effective Date. Note: If you back-date this status change, it will delete any enrollment with dates subsequent to the new effective date.
Click Save. You're returned to the ADA Enrollment window with the new information displayed.
If needed, add an ADSY enrollment. Click here for instructions.
Click Return to Enrollment Information Menu to edit other enrollment information.
