Other Annual Information

Use the Other Annual Information editor to enter/edit other enrollment information. The system defaults this information when the student record is created, so the student can be included in reporting without causing errors.

The data collected in this window is as follows:

• Class rank

• SSI code: SSI promotion retention codes

• Homeless status

• Unaccompanied youth

• Asylee/refugee

• Crisis codes: Used to record engagement during the COVID-19 pandemic

• Promote retain reason

• Fall & summer as of codes: Before the ADA enrollment is completed —while the student has the Pre-Enrolled status — the Fall and Summer As Of codes are set to None. Once the student has an active ADA enrollment, those codes default based on the effective date of the enrollment.
