If you're already in the Schedule Editor, skip to step 4.
Select Students from the Jump to Module pull-down list in the upper right corner.
Select Schedule Manager from the Scheduling menu, and that window opens.
Click the icon for the schedule you want to edit, and the Schedule Editor opens.
Click on the Bulk Tasks tab.
Click Build Course Requests, and that window opens.
Complete the fields as described.
Min Scheduling Average: Any course work with at least the minimum average — which is 65 by default — will be considered as passing, and this process won't try to schedule a repeat of the course. Note: If you're building course requests early in the semester, it makes sense to use a lower average, possibly even as low as 60; whereas if you're running this process toward the end of the school year, you probably want to use a minimum closer to 70.
Scope: Select from either All Students or Only Students Without Requests. The latter option is useful if you have a group of students linked to the schedule track who are enrolling after the majority.
Schedule Track: Select from either All Tracks or the list of schedule tracks in the system. This option allows you to schedule students on separate tracks within the same campus — for example, if you have separate tracks for AM & PM students or students in different grades.
Click Save. The course requests are built. If the process runs without errors, you're returned to the Bulk Tasks tab.
