If you're still in a new student's record, skip to step 4.
Select Students from the Jump to Module pull-down list in the upper right corner.
Select Student Manager from the Students menu, and that window opens.
Locate the student
you want to edit, and click the icon.
Click on the Enrollment tab, and that window opens.
Change the default School Year, if needed.
Click Locker
/ Facility, and that
window opens.
Click Edit
Values, and the Locker / Facility Information
Editor opens.
Select the Facility from the pull-down list. Once the facility is selected the locker numbers are loaded. Note: Facilities are set up by a user with admin permissions in Admin > Facilities > Physical Fac.
Select the Locker from the pull-down list. Note: Locker numbers are entered by a user with admin permissions in Admin > Facilities Lockers.
Click Save.
You're returned to the Locker / Facility
Information window with the new information displayed.
Click Return
to Enrollment Information Menu to edit other enrollment information.
