Dyslexia Risk Codes are determined by TSDS in the C222 Dyslexia Risk Code table and maintained by WebSmart staff.
These codes are:
Recorded in Student Manager > Programs/Statuses > Other Program Info
Reported in PEIMS data element E1644 Dyslexia Risk Code and complex type 40100 / 49010 Student Extension.
This topic describes how to add and edit interpreting dyslexia risk codes, if needed.
Select Students from the Jump to Module pull-down list in the upper right corner.
Select Special Ed., then Dyslexia Risk from the Students menu, and the Dyslexia Risk Codes window opens.
Click 
 Add 
	 New Code, and the New 
	 Dyslexia Risk Code window opens.
Enter the two-digit Code and Description required by TSDS.
Click Create. The code is saved, and the Edit window opens.
Click 
 Edit 
	 Identifier, and the Identifier 
	 window opens.
Select the State Equivalent from the pull-down list.
Enter the List Description — a short description to be used in drop-down menus.
Edit the Effective Date and Expiration Date, if needed.
Click 
 Save.
Select Students from the Jump to Module pull-down list in the upper right corner.
Select Special Ed., then Interpreting Svcs from the Students menu, and the Interpreting Services window opens.
Click the 
 icon for the dyslexia risk 
	 code you want to edit, and the Edit window opens.
Click 
 Edit 
	 Identifier, and the Identifier 
	 window opens with the fields editable.
Edit the fields 
	 as needed, and click 
 Save.
