This topic describes setting up and using the Residential Facility Tracker.
Click the links below for instructions.
Add residential facilities in Admin > Facilities > Physical Fac. This step requires administrator access.
Add surrogates if needed in Students > Students > Special Ed. > Surrogates. Surrogates are not required for all students in residential facilities.
Add Residential Facility Residency History information to the student records.
Add a surrogate to the RF history, if needed.
Create the file to submit to TSDS.
