Set Up & Use the RF Tracker

This topic describes setting up and using the Residential Facility Tracker.

Set up the RF Tracker

  1. Add residential facilities in Admin > Facilities > Physical Fac. This step requires administrator access.

  2. Add surrogates if needed in Students > Students > Special Ed. > Surrogates. Surrogates are not required for all students in residential facilities.

Use the RF Tracker

Enter a student's RF history

  1. Add Residential Facility Residency History information to the student records.

  2. Add a surrogate to the RF history, if needed.

  3. Create the file to submit to TSDS.

Record student's exit from a residential facility

Remove a surrogate assignment
