Health Tests

Local health tests are in addition to the three system defaults: vision, hearing, and spinal.

Add a local health test

1. Select Students from the Jump to Module pull-down list in the upper right corner.

2. Select Health Tests from the Health menu, and the Local Health Test Types window opens.

3. Click Add Local Health Test Type, and the New Local Health Test window opens.

4. Enter the Name, and click Create. The health test is saved, and the Edit window opens displaying the Diagnoses/Treatments tab.

5. Click on the Diagnoses/Treatments tab, and that window opens.

6. Click Add Diagnosis, and the that editor opens.

7. Enter the Description, and click Save.

8. Repeat steps 6-7 to enter additional diagnoses. Use the up & down arrows to move diagnoses in the list as needed.

9. Click Add Treatment, and the Treatments editor opens.

10. Enter the Description, and click Save.

11. Repeat steps 9-10 to enter additional treatments. Use the up & down arrows to move treatments in the list as needed.
