Non-District Campus codes are determined by the TEA and maintained by WebSmart staff.
These codes are recorded in Student Manager > Enrollment > ADA Enrollment > CIDOR
This topic describes how to add and edit non-district campus codes, if needed.
Select Students from the Jump to Module pull-down list in the upper right corner.
Select Support Codes, then External Campuses from the Attendance menu, and the Non-District Campuses window opens.
Click 
 Add 
	 Non District Campus, and the New Non-District 
	 Campus window opens.
Enter the District Grouping and Campus Number designated by the TEA.
Enter the school Name.
Click Create. The campus is saved, and the Edit window opens.
Select Students from the Jump to Module pull-down list in the upper right corner.
Select Support Codes, then External Campuses from the Attendance menu, and the Non-District Campuses window opens.
Click the 
 icon for the non-district 
	 campus code you want to edit, and the Edit window opens.
Click 
 Edit 
	 Identifier, and the Identifier 
	 window opens with the fields editable.
Edit the fields 
	 as needed, and click 
 Save.
