Certification Source Codes

Use the Certification Source window to list the ways in which an employee can become certified.

The certification source is used in the employee record when entering the employee's certifications.

Add certification source codes

  1. Select Finance from the Module pull-down list on the top of the screen.

  2. Select Support Codes, then Cert. Source from the HR menu, and that window opens.

  3. Click Add New Program, and the New Certification Source window opens.

  4. Enter a Description of the certification source.

  5. Click Create.

  6. Click Return to List.

  7. Repeat steps 3 - 6, if needed to add more specializations.
